Damage +15% (vs. hexed foes)
Enchantments last 19% longer

Also,

Barbed Flamberge of Swordsmanship
Slashing Dmg: 15-22
Damage 16% (while health is below 50%)
Lengthens bleeding duration on foe
Swordsmanship +1 (18% chance while using skills)
