Changing to Elem quest... Broke?

I tried to change my secondary class to elem last night a few times and each time I reach the goal shown by that litte green star, but there is nothing there. I kill everything, and I mean everything around and nothing happens. After trying it a few times, I just gave up. Too much work for the quest not to work. Happens to me with the quest where you must kill tons of spiders too...(forgot which class that was for) Sometimes they dont show up either. Is this normal for these two quests?

The Spider one is Monk Quest.

Are for that, you have to kil every single spider until the boss spider shows up at the end. When he dies, then you defeated the quest.

The Elementalist quest is where you have to kill the Kree Minotaur. Sometimes he is where the green star is located, but he's elusive and runs else where. You can search for him or wait until he comes back the green star.

I cleared that entire zone, twice. No minotaur. Imagine how mad I was. Sometimes in the monk quest no spiders come up at all for me.

the star appears on the map where the kree minotaur is when you zone in. however, he is constantly on the move so he will be elsewhere by the time you get there. if you try clearing the whole map, there's a chance that you will never see him as you are both always moving. your best bet is to rush to the green star immediately and hold "ctrl" to see if you can spot him nearby. if not... umm... just kinda hang around and keep holding "ctrl."
