1. Sickles just looks good, that's all.
2. All weapons, except wands. All weapons, you can't upgrade items that give you energy.

1) They aren't any better or worse than any other axe. They're simply a rare skin, so everyone wants them.
2) Well all weapons have enchant mods for them. You can apply the particular mod you have to whatever weapon you got it off of. Yeah except wands.
3) It depends on what weapon it's for. For the specific PC look here:
