The 15>50% is an inherent dmg mod, the 10/10 is its haft and the 29hp the grip.
The wrong thing is that there can't be a 10/10 zealous: furious or sundering those are the only 2 possibilities. To the OP: could you please point it out?
Btw starting bid is 85k. (sorry for posting w/o an offer, i was just trying to help).

Furious can not be 10/10. It's one value only. Sundering is the only X/X mod. Also, the hand axe is far from a rare skin.

Anyway, I'll bid 40K on this not so rare, less than perfect item.
