Ok, so this is CRAZY. Has NE one else seen this? I was just sitting in pre today and someone says WTS Bags (hold 10) 3k and max weapons. I was like no way so I had to see so i traded w/ them and sure enough they had post items. How is this happening, does NE one know?

okay i had the same thing to happen the chars name is *Somone* and she had a bag to, she said she paid some guy in post with one of her post chars and then got one her pre char and he gave her the bag... not sure how its done or if these ppl can get in trouble for it

Not only the fact that he somehow bypassed the system, but does he really expect pre-searing chars to have enough money to make it worth?
My pre-searing chars were hardpressed to have 1k...
(not that i would approve if they had enough money, but it made no sense)

This isnt a very serious problem. Those items wont have much utility in pre-searing anyway and balance is a non-issue at that point in the game even if they did. So what if someone can carry around a fellblade ? Its not going to do them much good.

it does break the pre searing economy somewhat as well as dye farming pre becomes a fesiable prop...no having to relevel a character after filling your invi with black dye

What level does a monster / enemy have to be to drop max items be it white,blue,purple or gold?
I have had a purple armor drop from the charr in the mission where you have to escort the ranger back. (across the wall or whatever its called)
What if someone was going in there and lvling some of the charr there? (you know where you go, die, go die. If this does indeed work, I myself have not tried this).

Well, I tried to see if the Guild Button was there and it isn't for my Pre char. So either ppl are mistaken, or they've already fixed it.

Its pretty clearly a sneaky way of getting a pre-char with post gear, and since theres no normal way for a pre-char to get these items, i think we can speculate that they aren't wanted in pre.

Tell them everything you know about the bug, how to do it, who you know has been doing it. Provide dates, times, district's, names.. and give them any and all screenshot's you have taken of the incident.
