Don't add any mod... they're wasted unless the weapon is perfect (req 8, 15>50). And even then u prolly won't make the money back, let the buyer mod it, much better.
Anyway,
1. 35-40k
2. 10k

i'd say 50-80k for the enchanting chaos
10 or less for the second one
