You got mildly ripped off if he didnt tell u it was anymore than a collectors item

You can get 5 minotaur horns and give them to the collector right outside the west entrance of augury rock....

He wasn't ripped off Actually it was a very fair price, just really depends on the seller, but for the most part collector items sell for 1-2k.
