Actually, Rodgort/Trogdor can be found in the game already, there are some pillars outside Serenity Temple showing the following sculptures/Runes
Second one is somewhat clearer, but you can pretty much get "Rodgort" from the second set of runes, the first picture seems to be mirrored and spells "Trogdor", perhaps the less subtle reference in the game to the dragon...

Ch2 or one of the following chapters should have a 16 player quest to defeat Trogdor/Rogdort. A lvl 50 elementalist with armor lvl 150. To initiate the quest, you must go around the countryside, gathering up all the peasants into one spot to lure Trogdor/Rogdort there.
