IDK either, but I really think the top one can't be woth that much. A monk with that amount of divine shouldn't have much left over fot the rest. So I'd say maybe 30K.
2 should be easier to price, as it's just a regualr 9/9 staff. With that high req, though, maybe 20K
3 There is a collector's flame artifact that improves cast and recharge, so I'd merch.
4 would be excellent for a prot/boon monk. Maybe 10K?
