I dont think this sword would be worth much more than 20-25 milllion. Akhilleus has a standing offer of 19 million (not sure if he and road runnas' bid war was real or messin around) on a 15>50 req 8 crystalline. IMO, a req 7 would replace the req 8 in value, and the req 8 would drop. I dont know what akhilleus or road runnas net worth is, but i dont think theyd be willing to dish out that much more than 25 mil on one sword.
