Reduces Bleeding in 20%


Second:

Hale Gostly Staff. req 8watermagic
max dmg
+10energy

Halves Casting time of spells (9%)
and some crappy mods.



Both are Gold.

I would say the eternal shield is ~10k and the Ghostly staff is merchant food.
