Simple and quick question: does expertise affect binding rituals? I know supposedly it must since it affects basically everything else including glyphs and signets under Primal Echoes. But the skill descriptions in this game are famously undescriptive and anyone's actually tested this out I'd be glad.
If this works, I'd be able to cook up a build.
