I posted a detailed message about myself and the kind of guild I am looking for but the thread was deleted.

I am fine with the thread being deleted, since I was worried it might be. But the moderator who did so didn't send me a message of any kind telling me where the appropriate place was to post such a thing, despite my polite request.
Can someone tell me where one can post a message to look for a certain type of guild to join?
