Where can I get a quest where this is the item needed?

pre-searing, give it to Gwen just outside of town. Post-searing... I don't know.

Pre-searing you find her normal flute.

Post-searing I found her BROKEN flute and I hope someone knows what quest this is for.

As far as I know, Gwen's Broken Flute does not actually have any purpose. It is probably just an easter egg of sorts... something to make you think "What ever happened to that little girl after the searing?"

You can find her cape lying around too (post-searing). It's sad, in a way.

Found it near Fisherman's Haven. I wonder what Gwen was doing out there.
