Also wanted to know if this would be better with a +29hp mod in place of the enchantment, like which would be worth more...

The +29hp wont matter pretty much anything..

And the axe is probably ~100k.

yeah i have noticed a huge rush of them. especially when doing chest runs in FoW, see way more now than ever before it seems.
