A FoW Runner? Can I get a build?

Hi, I recently made a warrior and lvled it to 20 got 15k armour etc.

I was wondering if any of you could tell me a FoW running build. Thanks in advance

It's pretty much the normal running build which everyone uses... you just don't take enchantments cos mesmers there will just rip it off

True..but for goodness sake take rebirth with you as well as the usual usual sprint, charge etc. How many group i have seen fall appart because they are too greedy to stop and rez a fallen party member astounds me then they wonder why they die soon afterwards. TIP: keep a whole group together if possible and share the agro.
