Factions Pre-View Event, how does it work?

so i started gw and waited for that long update and when it was done, nothing else changed besides a square box were u can invite some1. i cliked the factions campain after selecting new rp char and it said "it's available in april".

i tried to create a new RP character from the prophecies campain and there is no new profession that i can chose (only the old ones). i created a char anyways and it started in pre-searing ascalon. i also cheked the PVP characters and nothing new there either...

i tried restarting gw and no difference. i cheked the official gw site and it said that the current account holders automatically have access to the preview event so what am i doing wrong? WERE is the new content? were's catha and the new chars?
