ugh...this one makes me so conflicted.

On one hand its great stats -- nearly perfect
On the other, its death req for an offhand, which means you NEED to meet the req to get the energy boost, no?

Total suckage. I'd like to say ~15k, but I just dont see it happening, really. Maybe if you crept up behind someone and tried to pander this one off quickly, mebbe.... , but I think 5-10k is a fair assessment.
