Well the + 29hp is like 10-20k. Max dmg and low req. Like 20k+
imo the shield is less than 10k, the collectors tactics are better and the skin is pvp-like.

the 29 value doesnt matter.
tall shield is nice req good skin, and have -2 stance and fast reduce from poison, i dont see whats bad with it, i think its a nice shield

Well yeah, but he ( the buyer) can simply go get a collectors shield that gives +45hp [stance]... This fast reduce from poison... If it was weakness or blind - ok.

I would prefer having reduce poison,
In all the time I played I saw i need more reduce poison then other stuff
