Could someone plz give me a pc on this choas axe. I'm also thinking about putting a 10/10 sundering and +30 health mod on, would it be worth it.

Cold Dmg: 6-28(req 8)
Damage +13%(while enchanted)
Armor +6(vs physical attacks)
