WTB horn bow req. 9 or less

I'd like to buy a horn bow of req. 9 or less with dmg +15% while health is above 50% I don't want elemental damage, but if you're offering a good deal I'd probably take it. The important thing is it does dmg +15%^50. I prefer the mursaat bows, but I'm really just looking for almost any horned bow with those stats.
