WTB Certain Axe

I want to buy a max damage axe with the mod +15% damage while health is above 50%, req. 9 Axe (or less), and nothing else. Skin does not matter, and I will not pay extra for a "good" skin.

I know it's 15% in stance, but I'm selling fairly cheap. Let me know if you're interested.
