Hi I have a question about skills with the "Set on Fire" attribute, do the "seconds on fire" stack? (As in if I were to use 1 skill with a burn duration of 3 seconds and another 3 second one right after it would the target burn for 6 seconds or just 3?)

No, they do not.

If you cast Incendiary Bonds with 3 seconds burning, and Mind Burn @ attribute 18 and set a foe on fire for 7 seconds when it triggered, you'd only get 7 seconds of burning on the foe.

The longest duration remaining current condition on the foe of the same type always takes priority.

Even though they don't stack, fire damage still gives 7 degen. So it's violent.

Mark of Rodgort + Fiery weapon = pwned!

Just picking a nit here, but in the example above, it would be 7 seconds plus the elapsed duration of IB. The cast time on Mind Burn is 1 second, so excluding aftercast, it would be 8 seconds of burn time. If you used your wand once in between, you would pretty much get the full 10 seconds.

set a foe on fire for 7 seconds when it triggered That assumes that you managed to time it perfectly so that Mind Burn strikes when Incendiary Bonds does as well, making it into a single spike. Maybe my choice of words could have been better.

Even so, the point remains that condition times don't stack.
