question on Ogre Slaying Knife

I was looking for some way to improve my farming 55 necroes looks (I know farming doesnt really need it, but still). I really hate him running around with a gladius sword (one that I have +19% enchantement bonus on) and any other type of sword for that matter. On the other hand I really like the skin of Ogre Slaying Knife. My question is: is the afore mentioned OSK's skin unique, or is there a class of weapons it belongs to; if so what is the name for these items? (like long sword, sephis axe or recurve bow..) and.. are they expensive?

I believe it's an assassin skin weapon. If it's even possible, you would be hard pressed to find a knife with the same skin.

Actually, the Ogre Slaying Knife has a a unique skin, and is the only weapon with that skin. You can, on the other hand, get an off-hand with this skin, but I doubt you're intrested in that

And maybe you should try the Fiery Flame Spitter (axe with 10% skill recharge), that might be exactly what you need.

the FFS would indeed be a great improvement, but lookwise, it simply sucks, as it has an ordinary battle axe skin

if you want to go purely for looks, simply search fansites for pics of various weapons, pick one you like, and then try to get a low dmg or collectors weapon with that skin

I recently read in a very popular magazine (wish I could remember its name) that the Ogre Slaying Knife was only a gag item that was first brought up in a big story in some Dungeons & Dragons campaign, player, or something. I will try to find it again. Feel free to post it if you know what I am talking about.

unique skin.. hmm.. bad news that is.. (yoda mode off)
yeah, changing my offhand would hinder my performance greately and a great axe is even worse than gladius (closest I could find to dagger class).
anyway, will have to hope there will be some cool looking, one-handed weapons in the upcomming chapter to switch to..
