First question and the easiest... If I can run Doom3 and Half-Life 2 with no problems then is it safe to assume that I can run GuildWars without a problem?
Second... I'm not sure exactly how the game install works. Where I live (korea) you don't buy cd's you download clients. The problem is, I'm not buying the game myself, my gf is buying it for me (isn't that sweet?). So, in doing it by proxy, can I download the program on my own computer and then she on her own computer buys the key to set me up? Or does the download and credit card input have to happen at the same time?
2 easy questions... pls help

Well, I think you can DL the client from www.guildwars.com, then she can give you the key. The key is manually entered and is tied to your account, not your computer. Getting the client from there may cause you to have to download a lot of content before you play, though.

I don't mind a heavy download (if it's once) but I hope that I can simply download the game. From what I've seen I may have to try to find the CD, then download the client on top of that... I'm not sure... but I spend around 30 dollars in a PC cafe playing a character, even joined a guild. Now I want to get it at home (since that'll save me an average of 5 to 10 bucks a night)...
I hope I can do it, this game is fun and addictive!
EDIT: After you bought and installed the CD did you have to download anything to play (I'm not talking about upgrades and new builds but an "access client" kind of thing...)
