I think around 100k is a decent price. Great skin 20/9..but the 20% is fast casting, so I believe you would be fortunate to get 100k for it. However if it was 20% recharge, I would say 200k. The only problem here is, you see very few earth elemental builds in the game(pve anyway..might be different for pvp). Would be hard to sell either way.

I think so...you never know. What I usually do when I sell(isnt that often at all)I let the bidding run a few days, and see how much interest is in the staff. After you see some bids, you will get an idea of how much people are willing to pay..and then set your b/o accordingly.
