He's supposed to be in Green Hills Countrys towards the north at his estate or some place, but when i head north i just run into walls i cannot walk up etc..

When you go around the Balthazar statue and pass Grazdon and the Necro lady.. head up the road and bear LEFT find a way over and thru the hills that way and then turn north after a bit.. You'll find it.

didn't mean to hijack this post, but I got this stupid "Barradin Urn" Quest Item and I don't know what to do withit??? its taking up my bag space; does anyone know what do I do with that??? Do I give it to him??

Check your quest log. I believe that urn is for the Ashes of Althea's Quest. You need to gather her ashes and return them to Barradin. Make sure you take a good team with you. Tough fight to the alter.
