I got more than half of my Sup monk runes farming ettins outside ascalon settlement. Thats a good place to start for those of us not rich enough to outright buy them.

get as fast as possible to the desert, I started farming mino's there at lvl9

just use major and suprunes to keep ur health low

build i used

1rotective spirit(you need this)
2:healing breeze
3:Spitefull Spirit(if necro as Sec)
4:blessed sig
5:watchfull spirit
6:essence bond
7:balthazar spirit
8:mending
