far from perfect imo. hexed condition aren't much popular on the market, and a perfect health mod for a shield is 45, not 30 (not sure since it has no condition for bonus): meaning this is a long way off from perfect.

are you stupid....I thought like 1 million ppl told you to stop PCing a loooong time ago...+30 is max, and so is the -dmg...This shield is greeaaaat for runners...Maybe 75k ^^
