This is a rather strange one, almost seems like collector but it is blue .. max damage .. low reqs .. just confusing to me.

Anyways wondered if it is worth much at all.

Idk who put those mods on..but basically it's only good if you're going to use because if you will sell it, salvage for one of the health mods

except you can't salvage collector items ... so those mods are permanently there until you wipe them out and lose them forever by adding different mods over them.

And adding an insightful staff head +5 energy will wipe out the hale staff head +30 so keep the staff as it is and try to get a Fire Magic +1 (20%) staff wrapping to replace the wrapping of fortitude +28...
