PC on a couple of unusual axes...

Okay, so i found these 2 axes today... I've never seen them before, so I'm guessing they're rare. They are both clean, so I'm not too sure...

1. Dwarven Axe
5-26 Damage (req. 8)

2. Serpent Axe
6-28 Damage MAX (req. 11)

Any insights would be appreciated,

gold max dmg ones are rare. or used to be anyway as we're seeing more and more of them pop up each day. too bad i only learnt about the lost strongbox couple days ago (damn!) and it only gives white or blue junk now, including non-max dwarven and serpents. there was only 1 gold item which was a caster offhand, can't remember what exactly ... maybe there's still hope though ... hmmm ... might go investigate again.

lost strong box?

oooh you guys don't know bout the lost strongbox? the one in dreadnought's drift? it drops 5-10 items, some rare skinned stuff like crystallines, dwarvens, serpents, chaos axes, magmas shields, etc ... but it's been waaaaay overfarmed by now and you don't see those anymore, or very very rarely do. i've gotten 2 non-max dwarvens which i didn't bother picking up, but apart from that, nothing special.

that's a solo monk tutorial on how to get there in one piece.
i just use my war and run from camp rankor up to dread's, then steathily work my way around the stone summit to get to the strongbox.

I know about it, that's why I have these... I'm only farming it till I get me a Crystalline, then I'm back onto Griffons. The Frozen Chest is still good for me, I've had a couple of Sup. Necro Runes, a pair of Sup Vigors and a Sup Absorption from it.

And more cloth than I know what to do with.
