I 'm currently W/E, i used to be W/Mo before, after i changed my 2nd profession, i need to look for several necessary skills, i like these 2 enchantment skills, could anyone tell me wat specific quest to get one of these two or specific area? thank you

Can't get Conjure Flame/Lightning as quest rewards. You'll have to buy them from the skill trainer.

Lion's Arch for Flame, Camp Rankor for Lightning. (Or Ember Light Camp for both.)
