Charm pet question

D0 different pets have different health/mana/regen/attack speed/dmg output/spells?

yes they do there attack speed and damage varies and def

And what is the states for the bear. My friends want to bring a bunch of animals to PvP and when they die turn them into minions. I'm not sure if you can though.
