Flame Spitters discontinued?

I've heard from a couple of people that Flame Spitters have been discontinued...true? False? Lies to get prices of a easy weapon to go up?

Sometimes the collector just isn't there. Had to go lookin for him 5 different times before he appeared in the right spot.

No, the collector just isn't there every time you go there. The 15% version of the Flame Spitter on the other hand though, has be discontinued several months now.

I missed this, what exactly was nerfed about it? I looked at some of the supposedly pre-nerf ones available on GWG auction and didn't see anything nerf-worthy about them but the sellers could just be trying to scam people.

as of today the story is straight -
flamespiter used to have 15% recharge skills then changed to 10% skills
now it says 10% recharge of spells. even though originally it was supposed to be for spells only.
no ur counrty does not have to have favor to find the collector. hes usually there in the spot 75% of the time. when u get close to his spot use the ALT key and look around.
now if ur still having trouble finding him ill get u an unmodded one for 1k
if u want one with enchantments mod on i sell them at costs. really depends on what i was able to pick the mod up for.
