WTB req 7 Shield perfect mods pls only!

hi there,

i wtb a shield:

req 7 ONLY! (pls dont bother me with 8´s, got already)
strenght or tactics based, doesn´t matter (i prefer strength though)
any skin (yes even bucklers, defenders)
now to the mods:
30hp always/or in stance (no 29 pls, like i said only perfect)
+ a second mod (like rcv -2 dmg in stance,-3 hex, -2 10%, quick rec from blind, etc. or any other accept ench <---must have a 2nd mod!!!

PLS NO while enchanted mods pls!

I have a +30 health in stance tall shield with +8 ac vs slashing, and 15 ac
