i found also following axe:

what u think, the price should be lower or higher than that Hand Axe mentioned above?

Though it does have a +1% on the sundering mod, the fact that it is a battlepick (a fairly unpopular mod) and the higher requirement makes me think that one would be in the 30-35k range.
