Email/Msg system

I would like there to be a email or msg system that i can leave msgs for my buddys that aint online.
Its rather frustrating as most of my friends are american and im a brit so getting on at the same time can be tricky.
So with a email system in place can send msgs to people on ur friends list when there offline to tell them when ur next on etc etc...
So what do u think guys good idea or not?

Try a search first on the forum, it has been discussed a few times.

But to answer the question, there was a "mail" system in beta but it was taken out. Im pretty sure they are going to put it back in eventually.

Yeah I thought there was one, why did they take it out? I used it... once :P
