Do you change Builds Often?
BooRay
There are tons of posts on our monks ie everything from healing monks, fi-boon healers, the invinci -55 HP monk, bonders ect, the list goes on.
Since you can change your attribute points now quickly, Quick question, how many of you change your builds often from like a healing monk to a bonder or vise versa or to the -55 HP build. Do you have more than one set of armor for various builds? Or do you mostly stick with one build or speciality shall we say.
Personally I prefer to tend towards healing monk and have tried several builds here. Also, working on creating a 55HP monk using the same char but I am guessing another set of armor would be nice. Expensive proposition? yes maybe.
Just curious as to what the other monks are doing out there and do you reconfigure your attribute points often and make changes?

Well i use my 15k wanderers for Boon Prot. I hardly do anything else =o
I do tend to switch proffesions between Mo/N and Mo/Me alot 'cause I can't make up my mind with MoR and Oob
For my 55 build I have a second set of crappy denravi tatoos

I change constantly, but I currently only have 2 full suits of armor: one general purpose (censor/aescetic with all minor runes) and 55hp (full aescetic with all superior runes). Then I use 4 weapons slots for Yakslapper, DF wand with healing focus, DF wand with -50hp cesta, and 20% enchanting weapon with -50hp cesta.
It's so easy to change your stats around, it makes sense to switch depending on what you're doing at the moment.

Good points all together, like changing settings depending on the situation.
Really think another set of armor is in my best interest right now. I have full tats now but dont like the HP hit with runes for healer.
Alot to learn about this game for me since this is my first and only char thus far. Interesting that you carry different weapons for different situations as well. I carry the Yakslapper almost all the time now since its really about the only thing I have. Waiting for that good drop, besides feathers or leather or some bow thing.
Thanks for inputs, all is appreciated

I change a lot, and I wish there were keys bonded to builds.
My monk has healer and 55, plus smiter with regular armor
Ranger is Barrage, Barrage with pet, Trapper, solo farm
Warrior is tank, runner, solo farm

I mainly play a healing/prot monk, attribute points mainly assigned to Healing and DF, rest in Prot. Apart from the odd minor tweaks, the only time I change these settings is when I go 55Hp Solo monk.
I have two sets of tattoo armour (dragon and star), one for each build, and each set dyed a different color (an added help to let me know that I have the wrong armour on.

Yeah, like Caged said, you should dye your suits of armor different colors to keep them distinct, assuming they have parts that are the same armor type.
Lord Flash Heart
My monk (Flash Heart) is as flexible as putty on a hot summerday........
I keep changing and experimenting with my secondaries, part for the fun of it, part when requested to bring special skills or builds.
I have 2 suits (invinci and normal one) and i have the different tatoos for my head in every flavour, so i can switch to optimal rune settings for every build.

I change at least 3 times a day to keep away from farming code. I swtich between all types of monks, including different secondaries and such. I have different sets of armor for each one with corosponding runes, I was lucky enough to find myself soem good greens to use with them too.
Yakumo
I change according to what I'm doing or out to achieve.
For PvE, I play a smiter (and part-time healer) or a full-time healer. I either max out Smiting Prayers (and the rest on Healing) or Healing (and the rest on DF).
I have two sets for armor, one for when I'm a monk, and the other for when I'm a farmer.
I do sometimes use a piece from my farming armor (arm or feet) during PvE to make use of the sup. runes for an extra boast in an attribute.
I don't use anything from my second profession, so there's less to think about.
