Intel 915GM video crashes

I am an IT Director for a nationwide builder. I personally do not play Guild Wars, but my boss does. He was getting random crashes/BSoD that seemed to have something to do with his Intel 915GM graphics card.

He used a Dell Latitude D610 laptop.

I fixed the issue by downloading the drivers from Intel rather than from Dell. I played for 30 minutes, combat, etc, and had no issues.

Just FYI for you other guys maybe having the same problem.

The offending dll seemed to be ialmdd5.dll
