Yarg! Can't find an Arena for a lvl 18 player!

Maybe Im blind to the obvious, but I can't seem to get into an arena. I'm lvl 18 and the Ascalon and Yak's Bend arenas don't permit my level to compete. Is the arena at The Henge of Denravi blocked off by thoes vines? Are there no lvl 1-20 arenas open? Im really frustrated- please help!

Get yourself to Kryta and find Lion's Arch. Once there, head to the beach and the docked ship there, you should find an arena guard who can take you to the arena. Have fun
