Ok, so i am taking on a Guild Wars project and i need to get some answers before i do.
Could anyone please tell me the difference between Grenth's Footprint and Sorrow's Furnace? (i havent played in a LOOOOONG time, so i feel kinda nubish asking that)
also, has there been only one content update since it's release? (Sorrow's Furnace)
any and all help available would be AWESOME!
Help!

No there have been many content updates (almost weekly) but if you are talking about major updates, then there have been 2. SF and the Battle Isles.
Grenthfootprint is the above ground area outside Sorrows Furnce which lies completely underground.

All PvP content (the arenas and the tournament to Hall of Heroes) has been moved to an island chain accessible from Lion's Arch. Exception: the low level arenas like Ascalon and Yak's bend.
This is in preparation for GW: Factions.

The ascalon and shiverpeaks arena did not move. All post ascension pvp is now on the battle isles so its in a netral place all chapters will be able to reach. It has a training ground followed by experience in the different kinds of pvp, followed by an arena where you choose your opponent out of a list of NPCs running various build (IWAY trappers obsidian spike etc) and then you fight those builds again but randomly in the next arena. then you get to random arenas, team arenas, heroes ascent (new tombs. old tombs changed to a high level pve zone with new greens)
Bueno Star
so it was more of a lateral move of content than anything?
