{WTB} {+15 -1 Necro Death Wand}

I'm specifically looking for:

- Max Necro wand, pref. Truncheon skin, but Deadly Cesta is fine
- Death req. no matter how high
- +15 energy, -1 energy regen (no less)
- (Optional) 20% Death recharge or casting, or 10% universal recharge or casting

The secondary mod is a plus and will be considered, no matter the %, but it must have +15 energy -1 regen and a Death req.
