PC on 2 bows

I need a PC on these two bows.

Shocking Shadow Bow of Warding
Lightning Dmg 15-28 (req 9 marks)
Damage +15% (that's an always)
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Armor +5 (vs elemental attacks)

Shocking Short Bow of Marksmanship
Lightning Dmg 15-28 (req 8 marks)
Dmg +15% (while in a stance)
Marksmanship +1 (17% chance while using a skill)

I know the mods on them aren't too hot atm but a PC on their current worth and maybe a PC on what they would be worth if I perfectly modded them too would be very helpful.
