PC on a dwarven axe plz

Hi, i just brought this axe cuz i thought the price the person was selling it seemed to be a good deal and since i dont have a dwarven skin axe in my collection of axe i brought it. so i am wondering did i made a good deal or overpaided :P. the stats are:

(purple)
Sundering Dwarven Axe of Fortitude
max dmg (req 12)
12 below 50%
Armor Pentration 10/9
Health +28

I seen a clean one being sold in-game today for 30k req 8 6-28. The req 12 would hurt, but maybe if you find someone who is desperate for a purple one and does not care that it is 12 below 50..around 30-40k

thanks for th pc guys. guess i didnt overpaid at all since the amount i paid is under both pc......and fist of god, yea the req 12 suck.....and i was that desperate person that just wanted a purple dwarven axe and didnt care much on the mod .... but once again thanks for the pc
