12% vs Hexed

I actually like the hxed mod myslef, good for war/?(anything that can hex). Id say 50-100k

Mighta read that wrong vs hexd foes or hxd?..If just hxd id say lower end of the pc I gave.

Its "vs hexed foes" not "while hexed" I was just too lazy to type the "foes" part.

I agree with Fist but I'd aim for the low-end.
