WTB Storm Artifact

I'm looking for a storm artifact with +15/-1 and also +hp always. It can be collectors, quest reward, gold, it doesnt matter. If it is gold I will also consider one with just 15/-1 on it.


edit: There is 15/-1 for earth, energy storage, and water from what ive found, but i cant find any for air. Found 3 20/20 and a +5 armor +45 health, but that is it. The main thing is it needs to have 13-15 energy -1 regen and a req of air <=9. It will most likely end up being gold, but I added collector in there incase there was one that I overlooked and has a perfect one, but as far as I can tell there isn't.
