Where do I get this quest? Sowing the Seeds.

Garzden the Protector (Monk NPC) gives you this quest in the Ascalon explorable area (post-searing). From Ascalon city, head west just like you were headed to Ashford Village in pre-searing. He is in what was the village, easy to find, close to where Devona was in pre-searing. It is actually faster to get there from Sardelac Sanitarium (what used to be Ashford Abbey). Either way, he'll give you the quest you're looking for.

I found Sardelac Sanitarium, but I can't find Garzden..
