PC on rare storm bow

Hi all, Could I get a price check on this rare storm bow, I know it's not max damage, but the inherent mod should more then make up for it... I'm just curious what it's worth.

it's just 14-28 instead of 15-28! not what i call a great loss on in all. Pretty nice all the rest, plus it's a stormbow.
