So I'm a Lvl 20 E/R. I just got to Amnoon. I use:
Gold Flame Wand 11-21, Halves skill recharge (20%)
Flame Artifact +1 Fire Magic
I don't have any elite skills yet, but here is my skill bar.
1. Fire Attunement
2. Serpent's Quickness
3. Immolate
4. Fireball
5. Meteor
6. Meteor Shower
7. Storm Chaser
8. Troll Ungent
This comp doesn't have the game on it so I'll have to try and remember my stats.
Fire Magic: I don't remember the actual number but the "up arrow" is 16. I get a +2 for a Major Fire Rune, +1 for a Flame's Eye and +1 for my Flame Artifact
Energy Storage: Don't Remember, but I have 72 Energy
Wilderness Survival: 9, I think. Whatever it is, it's the lowest level to give me +7 in Troll Ungent
Armor:
51 AL Geomancer Amnoon Armor and Flame's Eye
Runes:
Minor Vigor x2
Minor Energy Storage
Major Fire Magic
Any suggestions on what to change or keep?

To be honest, I don't see how that would help. With this current build I haven't had any energy conservation issues. Plus the only spell that costs more that 15 energy to cast is Meteor Shower, which I use pretty sparingly. Want to elaborate on how that would be beneficial?
