outside Augury rock: 5 minotaur horns = ringmail gaunts. 80/20
inside ventaris refuge: 5 bleached shells = duelist helm +1 swords. 80/20
the scar area: (just before the last grassy area of the map. from thirsty go north) 5 dune burrower jaws = warrior 80/20 ringmail leggings.
OR
outside of thirsty(to the scar): 5 losaru manes = warrior 80/20 ringmail leggings.

Not necessarily, although this is probably what the devs intended.
Llourdes the Arcane in the Falls gives the leather leggings for ranger, but also gives a tactician's helm for warriors.
